- General administration of accounts including preparation of payment vouchers, issuing of cheques, bank account reconciliations, management of account payable and receivable including cash book.
- To ensure timely payments to creditors and other third parties.
- Maintain proper filing for all records and perform other accounting related duties as required.
- Attend to any ad-hoc task as and when requested by the management.
- At least 1-2 years experience
- Fast-learning, motivated and able to work independently
- Possess good software skills such as Ms. Excel, and Word
