The successful candidate will assist in establishing, supporting and implementing HSEQ related initiatives with the focus on handling Sustainability and Quality Management (SQM) system
Job Role Summary:
· Participate and support to improve document management systems, planning, and execution tools.
· Collect, analyze and prepare reports related to Sustainability and Quality Management initiatives
· Conduct HSEQ Training, Orientations, and Safety Meeting presentations as applicable.
· Monitor, and appraise Contractor(s)' organization, planning, execution and drive improvement plans to close gaps in performance
· Identify and follow through or drives continuous improvement based on best available standards/practices
· Provide quality assurance / data integrity review of HSEQ data and reports
· Leverage tools to effectively and efficiently execute personnel and process safety, risk and Emergency Preparedness and Response practices and programs
Expected Level of Proficiency:
Completed Safety and Health Officer Certificate related courses.
Possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering or other related technical fields.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Good in preparing the technical documents
Proactive, team player, highly motivated and able to work independently.
Additional requirement:
· Experience in oil, gas or petrochemical industry is an added advantage
· Knowledgable in Quality Management Systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
· Detailed understanding of OSHA Acts (elements, expectations and guidelines)
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be developed as a registered SHO within 3 years.
