JOB DESCRIPTION :
- To assist the production manager for scheduling of all factory work in accordance with agreed work plans.
- To render assistant to the production team on any process
- To manage job arrangement of workers for assigned project production process.
- To manage and plan workforce utilization & ensure discipline and productivity
- To establish production quality plan and cost control efficiency for overall project planning to ensure customer requirements are met.
- To update daily & production progress report and execute improvement programs in manufacturing operations
- To control the required output.
- To identify the training needs to ensure subordinates are well trained to carry out their functions effectively.
- To seek immediate responds on manufacturing issues with other related parties.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Candidate possess at least a diploma,degree in engineering,manufacturing or equivalent
- Must be good in managing workers & production activities
- Effective in time management skills and communiction skill.
- Good people management & Good analytical and problems solving skill
Must be able to write in English, Mandarin & BM
Well versed in Cantonese & Mandarin is preferable - Min 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field
Working experience in the mattress industry would be an advantage & fair knowledge in computer skills, ie: Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) - To perform any other task if required
Candidate must be willing to work in Beranang Semenyih
