- Provide accurate and efficient document control; file, organize, and maintain all documents/records in a proper manner.
- Handle administrative and clerical tasks
- Support to account department; assist in filing, basic data entry, and other related tasks.
- To perform basic bookkeeping for Account Payable & Account Receivable functions.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Candidate possess at least SPM, Certificate or related field
- Possess knowledge in MS Office and Accounting Software (eg: 3A system)
- Preferably Mandarin speaking
- Any other ad hoc assignment.
