Job Descriptions:

Build applicant sources by researching & connecting with potential clients and developing long term relationships with clients and candidates.
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Evaluate applicants by screening resumes.
Performing in-person & phone interviews with applicants.
Overseeing the selection process from start to finish: headhunting/sourcing for suitable candidates, conducting interviews and assessing the aptness of potential candidates

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Passion and ambitious
Fresh graduates are welcomed
Bilingual is a plus
