Job Descriptions:

Business development through sourcing for potential clients and developing long term relationships with clients and candidates
Maintain good relationships with the recruiters and hiring managers you are working with.
Screen and approach suitable candidates to fulfil the requirements from clients
Arrange and conduct interview to evaluate potential candidates
Overseeing the selection process from start to finish: headhunting/sourcing for suitable candidates, conducting interviews and assessing the aptness of potential candidates

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Passion and ambitious
Fresh graduates are welcomed
Bilingual is a plus

** Training will be provided
