JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the administration for sales office and providing sales support to manager.
- Handle sales enquiries through quotation, follow up, Tele marketing, and etc.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new customers for business development.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Handling of customer accounts.
- Coordinating Deliveries.
- Internal stock planning.
- Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
- Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related as needed.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree Business Studies/Marketing/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- Computer literate and able to work independently.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge of work flow for completion of sale and purchase agreement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
