Chrisjac is currently seeking individuals who are interested in office legal clerical position for an established insurance company in Kuala Lumpur. This junior position would be based at their Legal Department responsible for record keeping tasks and filling of documents, completing paperwork and clerical duties.
This is not a university graduate level position but is an ideal role for secondary school graduates with SPM or Diploma qualification. The main job responsibilities will be to provide administrative support in the Legal Department, support and administer the claims and underwriting departments in respect of making payments.
The main tasks will include:
-Manage and process a range of legal documents (insurance policies and claims).
-Perform data entry tasks.
-General office clerical duties.
-Maintenance of records and filling activities.
-Process payment for claims and banking.
-Provide administrative support to legal team as and when required.
We are specifically looking for female candidates who are reliable and enthusiastic attitude to work.
-Malaysian female in age group 20-25.
-Qualification required: SPM or Diploma in Book Keeping/Accountancy or Business Administration.
-2 years of work experience in handling insurance policy contracts or other legal documents.
-Work experience in handling insurance claims in insurance industry would be an advantage.
-Good computer and data entry skills.
-Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
