Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Prefer candidate with minimum 1 year related working experience .
Independence, meticulous, diligent, attentive and has high efficiency in tasks completion.
Excellent managerial, time management, and organization skills.
Proficient in computer literate and MS Office skills: Word, Excel, PPT and report management.
Applicants with good communication and analytic skills are welcome to apply.


Responsibility

Assist in record, manage, analyze, and summarize project information.
Assist in documentation, meetings participating, recording and progress tracking.
Organizing meetings and appointments, and reminding superior with important tasks and deadlines.
Handling administrative tasks, document management, schedule controlling, report compilation and management.
Assist in handle and produce assigned reports with MS Office for business presentation purpose.
Assist in ad-hoc tasks and report to management in time.
Support project department for tasks follow-up and progress reporting.
Coordinating and communicating with project coordinator for project information update.
Assist in ad-hoc tasks and urgent administrative arrangement.
