Job Descriptions:
The primary function of the IT Executive is to provide front-end support to all company computer users (especially during medical check-up) and troubleshooting support
Further to that, the IT Executive is also required to study, setup and maintain all internal & external IT equipments such as computer, server, network infrastructures, telephone, internet, SMS, e-mail, website, system, door access, CCTV etc
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s, Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required
- Good spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge in hardware & software troubleshooting
- Network and telephone system troubleshooting, including wiring infrastructure
- Basic SQL knowledge, Website maintenance
