REQUIREMENTS
1. Own Transport & / own i-pad
2. Minimum 2-year experience (prefer Sales/Marketing)
3. Age 25 - 45
4. Discipline & Good time management
5. Willing to learn; Teachable & Responsible
6. Business Minded & Independent & Trusted,
7. Able to work in Team & prepare to be a LEADER/ MANAGER!

ELITE LITE :

1. Min SPM holder & above;
2.Age : 20 to 50..
3.Work fr home/ any place/ any time.
4.Mthly allowance Rm500/mth x 6 mths ( probation period)
5.Able to Convert to Elite with Conversion Bonus : Rm1,500x3 mths OR
Elite Pro with Conversion Bonus : RM3,000 x 3 mths.T&C

ELITE :
Minimum Diploma & above/ Fresh Degree
Age: 25-40 years
Minimum of 2 years of work experience (prefer Sales/Marketing)
Basic Allowance*: RM3,000

ELITE PRO ;
Minimum Degree & above
Age: 25-45 years
Minimum of 3 years of work experience (prefer Sales/Marketing)
Basic Allowance* : RM4,000/RM5,000/RM7,000/RM9,000
Extras: Potential to earn Extra Rewards of RM2,000,000 (RM 2 Million) subject to T&C*

Welcome: Ex-Insurance Leaders from other Insurance Co: UT Leaders, Mortgage Officers, Bankers yang Business Minded.

JOB SCOPE :
1. Prospecting of new client base; servicing existing, if required.
2. Facts finding of clients' needs & recommend suitable financial products:-Convention Insurance / Syariah Takaful.

3. Reviewing of existing policies & suggest for upgrading & servicing.
4. Attend Co. Training & Leader Coaching.
5. Referral of new recruits & learn to lead the team.
6. Prepare a career path to be leaders/managers/MDRT.
