Job Responsibilities : 

1. Profit & Loss - COGs (Ordering), Labour Cost (Scheduling), Wastage Control, Financial Acumen, Maximise utility Usage to its effectiveness
2. Operational SOP - Service (Menu, Beverage, Cashiering), Kitchen (Food presentation and quality), Product knowledge, inventory management
3. Cash Management – sales collection, managing petty cash, managing cash float & is in balance
4. Supplies ordering - ensure optimum level of supplies (food and beverage items)
5. Stock Management – weekly and monthly stock count
6. Customer needs/Experience - Respond and manage customer feedback/ complaints and mishaps
7. Regulations/Compliance – Food Hygiene, Restaurant Licenses renewals, Mall regulations, Workplace Safety, Implication of Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) on Customers’ data, Government Authorities
8. System & Tools – Supplies ordering; validate, submit and monitor invoices; understand Restaurant performance report; Basic troubleshoot knowledge, basic Microsoft Office Tools
9. Audit – Ensure team members adhere to all audit requirement and action plans
10. Restaurant Maintenance - Basic Equipment Maintenance/Troubleshooting; (in the absence of Restaurant Manager) source maintenance vendor
11. Employee Relations/Labour Law/PDPA Compliance – Hiring, Payroll, Disciplinary, Implication of Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) on candidates and employees’ data
12. Employee Engagement - Cascade and embed Brand Passport: Core Values, Vision, Mission
