Job Description:
- Responsible for project inquires from developers, architects etc and to secure project for the company
- Managing and to lead a team of interior designers/ sales designers
- To provide conceptual design consultation service to the clients
- Responsible for design presentation including design concept and perspective drawings
- Responsible for full set of construction drawing upon awarded
- To plan, co-ordinate and control project with project team
- Site management, co-ordination and site measurement with project team and sub contractors / suppliers
- To ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and meeting quality standard
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design
- Minimum of 5 years' working experience in interior design firm and site & project management experience
- Working experience in residential and hospitality projects
- Good presentation & communication skills
- Familiar with AutoCAD, 3D max, InteriCAD or other 3D related software
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin (write and speak) due to nature of business
