Responsibilities:
- Fully in charge of accounting of group of companies
- Lead and manage all finance and accounting activities within the group of companies
- Responsible for preparation for full set of accounts
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statement and report
- Manage cash flow, forecasting and ensure all banking matters are diligently and duly attended
- Handling all tax matters such as corporate tax, SST etc
- Preparation of business plan, taxation, budgeting / forecasting and actual financial performance
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, statutory authorities and others on audit, taxation, statistic, financial etc matters
- Supervise and review the work performance of subordinates
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or professional degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in the related field
- Able to handle full set of accounts
- Able to work independently
- Computer literate with accounting software
- Mature personality in excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Must be able to converse in Mandarin / Cantonese due to nature of business
