- To propose , monitor and improve on the long -term vision and strategy of the Company's product category.
- To Manage layout plans of partner stores and maintain inventory of products.
- To gather information on market trends and customer feedback and execute on expansion plan accordingly.
Main duties and responsibilities
- To determine customers needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information .
- To recommend the nature and scope of present and future product line by reviewing product specifications and requirements,appraising new product idea and or product or packaging changes.
- To assess market competition by comparing the Companys products to competititors products .
- To ensure product appearance and inventory in partners store in territory are executed according plan.
- To facilitate inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and procurement activities .
- To determine product pricing by utilizing market reserach data, reviewing production and sales costs, anticipating volume, costing special and customized order.
- To perform any other duties as and when required by the Management.
