- Build a sustainable networks in the market for area(s) that you will cover
- Doing the 360 degree practise of recruitment includes attracting clients and candidates.
- Learn and keep up with the industries and functions, market update, market research and level of organization along with the scope.
- Syncing with direct supervisor (Team Lead) and internal team to work along with various clients , industries and candidates.
- Assisting clients and candidates along every stage of interview, not limited to scheduling, feedback, follow up, updates and reporting.
- Responsible to achieve both sales and activities target given by the team lead and management
- Work closely with team lead and other team member in handling projects.
- Work closely and learn the art of recruitment with the Team Leaders/Managers.
- In charge for personal reporting analytics progression for projects
