About the Role

The incumbent will report directly to the Regional HR Manager while taking a key role in providing strategic HR solutions to different business units in the KL office. It is important to support changes of business by implementing effective HR strategies in relation to staff development, performance management, transformation, succession planning and organizational structure. Moreover, it is crucial to ensure the HR initiatives are effectively communicated and delivered while understanding stakeholder needs. Furthermore, you will be responsible for regular review of HR policies and provide HR reports for review.


Job Description:

  1. Handle day to day full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll administration, employee compensation, staff relations, new staff orientation program, policy review & updating, leave administration, performance management, and other regular & ad-hoc HR projects
  2. Partner closely with other team leaders to identify and plan for short and mid-term talent needs. Proactively liaise with line managers to fully understand job requirements and create efficient recruitment strategies
  3. Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection process by providing the right people, with the right skills, in the right place, at the right time
  4. Act as a Human Resources Business Partner to deliver people strategies and initiatives and provide proactive guidance and education
  5. Responsible for HR project to support the actual business needs
  6. Deal with colleagues at all levels and liaise with relevant parties internally striving for excellence
  7. Prepare monthly HR reports and statistics; Update and well keep of company records, filing
  8. Work with regional HR to review existing policies and procedures and ensure office & regional practices are complied with local legislation and align across the regions. Provide high quality of HR services, advisory and assistance to the office and/or designated regional offices
  9. Experience in organizational change and transformation
  10. Answering queries from employees and manager at all levels by email, telephone, slack, and face to face
  11. Required to provide office administrative support
  12. Other tasks assigned by the Company.



  • Diploma or degree holder, preferred major in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 12 years’ relevant experience in human resources, including around 6 years' HR Generalist / HRBP experience, with exposure to recruitment and/or performance management and/or other Asia’s countries a definite advantage
  • Besides years solid experiences in HR handling & managed office admin is a must
  • Excellent knowledge of employment ordinance and related statutory regulations
  • Good business acumen; well conversant with the market practices of C&B, incentive schemes for financial services business and IT industry
  • Proactive and assertive, a good leader and a team player, mature & hardworking; with strong sense of responsibility, excellent inter-personal, negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong self-motivation; able to handle multi-tasks, and to work independently under pressure and tight deadline
  • Detail-minded, with strong analytical, presentation and project management skills
  • Mature, strong adaptability, team player with strong interpersonal skills, responsible and able to work independently, customer-orientated
  • Positive work attitude, well-organised, being flexible and agile, detailed-minded, presentable, able to work under pressure and good in time management
  • Proficient in PC operation especially MS Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
