Product Manager - 产品经理

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyze and segment market for existing and new product
• Technical support for GSM/LTE/UMTS Wireless equipment such as on-site survey, installation, commissioning and maintenance
• Carry out all necessary meetings pertaining to operators, internal staff or its associated customers
• Familiar with multi-vendor wireless 2G/3G system
• Manage overall product line life cycle
• To develop marketing plan, co-ordination & execution of marketing plans
• Responsible for marketing and product management for the product assigned
• Conduct market research activities and periodic training to the relevant parties
• Conduct market analysis, competition analysis and forecast product positioning and pricing with qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Identify market opportunities for our products
• Provide clinical and technology updates regularly to HQ
• Expand and identify the sales opportunity for research products & services
• Carry out market research to know the trend from customers surveys as well as to monitor other competitors’ activities
• Participate in workshops, product demonstrations, exhibitions, partner training and new product launching event
• Lead product launch brief prior to new product launches
• Responsible for tracking and reporting performance of key product launches

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Telecommunication or equivalent
• Required Language(s): Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Required Skill(s): Ms Office
• Possess business mindset and result oriented
• Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills, highly independent and self-motivated
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in Product Marketing from Electronics/ Retail/ FMCG
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
• 6 working days / week
