- Minimum 1 year working experience is required.

- Assist in daily administrative duties for the company.
- Responsible to customers' admin enquiries on company products and services in a timely and proficient manner via phone and email.
- Handle day-to-day matters and providing efficient support for administration processes.
- Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administrative activities.
