Job Scope

  • General Secretarial Duties, Photostating and filling duties and Ensue a proper filling system, record of files, documents & maintained and updated from time to time and Ad Hocs administrative task as may be required from time to time
  • Assist the MD in the undertaking of all project Management (take minutes for meetings)
  • Responsible to do preparing project site meeting
  • Responsible in handling customer request
  • Assist in Project Department
  • Positive Working attitude & Prepare To work overtime & Ensure work task to be completed on time
  • Answering telephones call & taking messages & Arrangement of appointment
  • Receiving and distributing of incoming documents / faxes for the office with proper record of distribution
  • Assist in human resources administration and management including recruiting, Staff Affairs and others , Organize meetings & checking schedule
  • Provide assistance in collection and receivables including issuance of receipts
  • Assist in the preparation and review of legal documentation including contracts or agreements
  • To assists in Charity Body works
  • Undertake other special assignment , ad hoc functions and related duties specified by department
  • To keep track sales teams weekly and monthly report and follow up with them
  • General Office Administrative duties

  • Strong in communication and relationship-management skills


  • Post Graduate Diploma or a related field from an accredited academic institution
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience or equivalent
  • Fluent & Writing in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia (Cantonese would be an advantage).
  • Computer proficiency - MS Office (Word, Excel) typically PowerPoint
  • Internet Zoom Meeting setup
