1. JOB OBJECTIVE / SUMMARY
- To work with Ecommerce and Marketing team to effectively communicate company’s products and services to potential customers and business via online and offline mediums.
2. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating of marketing campaigns including designing & implementing promotional, marketing, PR and sales programs. Includes flyers, signage, referral programs, advertising, events, etc. Online and offline platform.
- Actively identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating company position in the industry.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by industry trends, market activities and competitors.
- Have a solid understanding of online sales trend and methods.
- Identifies third party marketing platform to establish company’s marketing campaign
- Strategize PPC for all social media, marketplace and marketing platform
- Develop & execute integrated digital marketing solutions, including but not limited to SEO, Search Ads, Display, social media campaigns, social media ads, EDM, Google.
- Create creative content for the company and future projects
- Engage in PR for company brand awareness. Participate exhibition and conference on behalf of the company.
- Work closely with e-commerce, multimedia and sales team to ensure smooth executions of marketing campaigns.
A. Formal Qualification
- Diploma/Degree Holder in Art/Design/Multimedia, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- B. Knowledge
- Minimum 2 years in Marketing, Digital Marketing experience or related field (in ecommerce will be an advantage).
- Strong knowledge & experience in sales, marketing, digital marketing and ecommerce.
- Energetic and passionate about online marketing and social media, internet savvy and digital devices literate is a must.
- Know how to use photoshop or illustrator to design flyer or brochure or ecommerce promotional images will be an advantage.
- Positive driven and independent attitude.
- Highly disciplined and organized with a desire to win and results drive.
- Familiar with all the necessary tools & software to do the job. Including Social media campaign, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics is a must.
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Malay. (Chinese is an added advantage).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and has high level of initiative.
- Independent, proactive and creative
- Sensitive and strong in figures, cautious and attentive to details
- Marketing, writing skill, public relation, eCommerce.
- Proficient in other local languages & dialects is an added value.
