R&D Test Development Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Computer Engineering) or equivalent
• Programming skills in Python, Visual Basic, Keysight VEE Pro, C++, and/or C#
• Experience using electronic instrumentation such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and/or network analyzers
• Experience using gauges such as dial indicators, force gauges, pressure gauges, vacuum gauges, and/or thermometers
• Excellent time management skills and commitment to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of electronic and mechanical design are added advantage
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently
• Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Job Description:

• Design and develop functional test systems and solutions
• Identify and configure test equipment needed for test cases
• Create and write test cases for unit test and functional test
• Create instrument test/characterization concept and plan for product qualification
• Develop test methodologies based on quality, cost and throughput requirements
• Develop test plans based on expected test coverage
• Develop automated test software framework, libraries and drivers
• Compile, analyze, and present test results
