Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Prefer with basic accounting knowledge
  • Prefer with sql or autocount knowledge
  • Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory and open invoices
  • Computer literacy and facility with word processing, spreadsheets, data entry and basic accounting software
  • Familiarity with office processes, including filing, handling mail and directing telephone calls
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies
  • Other minor ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Maturity, integrity and willingness to learn
  • Chinese preferred due to duty requirement which need to liaise with our mandarin/cantonese speaking customers.
