Job Details
Based in HQ in Kapar and travel at least once or twice a month to factory in Beranang
Working days : Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6.00pm)
Your Task
Overall Human Resource Management functions, tasks and responsibilities which include recruitment & employment administration, staff training administration, employee relations and general office administration, general upkeep of administration office and production plant.
Preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures
Oversee and responsible for the payroll functions including payroll calculations, allowances, or claims and statutory contribution.
Responsible for foreign worker permits - application, renewal and cancellation
Manage headcount requirements for the business and to ensure manpower planning are at optimum within costs
Co-ordinate recruitment activities - advertising, interview schedule and selection process
Liaise with the government bodies on statutory requirements which include the renewal of all licenses within the company
To maintain and oversee the security matters & workers hostel of the factory
To oversee and reply to any third party correspondence on behalf of the management from time to time
Develop Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and product annual training plan and program based on training needs identified for individual staff and organizational objectives
Other Ad-hoc tasks that are assigned
Your essential skills
At least 5 years experience as HR Manager
Experience in Manufacturing industry
Well versed in Industrial Relation Act and Employment Act
Willing to travel (once or twice a month)
