Position: Sales Coordinator
Acting as sales admin / customer service support.
Liaison betwen customers, internal technical and sales team for any product and inquiries/ complaints.
Follow up closely with China HQ for the part inventory level and delivery.
Invoice & quotation preparation & issuance.
Arrange schedule for technician to perform on-site inspection services.
Ad-hoc tasks as per assigned.
SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in any study
Min 1 year of sales admin/ customer support experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Mandarin are must - to deal China team.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Willing to work at Subang 2 area with own transport possesses.
Willing to work for 5.5 day (Alt Saturday)
Basic Salary up to RM 3.2K
