  • Preparation of the Group’s consolidated financial statements accordance with the relevant regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Preparation of the Group’s financial analysis and performance review, periodic forecast and budgeting.
  • Undertake financial management initiates and/or actions to mitigate financial risk
  • Conduct cost management activities which include but not limited to monitoring of costs, bank balance, bank reconciliations and cashflow management and forecasting.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly and yearly financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements including timely completion of audited financial statements for the Group and its companies and liaising with the tax agents on the filing of tax returns.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agent, solicitors, bankers, company secretary, other professional and regulatory bodies.
  • Supervise and lead the accounting team effectively.
  • Drive the implementation and establishment of good corporate governance, best practices, internal controls and Group policies.


  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and/or professional qualification in ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent.
  • Be updated with the latest accounting standards.
  • Candidate must be knowledgeable in matters of Malaysian taxation.
  • Be meticulous, proactive and committed.
  • A confident team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Candidate must have a high level of integrity, be able to work independently and is capable to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.
  • Able to multi-task, handle ad-hoc duties and meet deadlines.
  • Be knowledgeable in group consolidation of accounts.
