Requirements:

  • Candidate must posses at least a SPM qualification, preferably with 2 years experience for the said position in plastic industry
  • Computer literate (Required skill(s): MS Office is compulsory
  • Required Language(s) spoken and writing: Fluent in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia. Preferably Chinese literate
  • Valid D class driving license with clean driving record
  • Must have a high level of intergrity, self-motivated, proactive, analytical, willing and able to work independently and with others as a team
  • Must be attentive to details positive thinker with multi-tasking abilities and with a sense of responsibility
  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentially and interact professionally with management, staff and business associates
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with the external parties
  • To be amiable, professional and approachable at all times
  • Demonstrate ability to achive high performance goals and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative assistant to Managing Director
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Prepare purchase order, invoices, quotation, claim and etc
  • Handle incoming phone calls and attend to walk in guests
  • Liaise with dispatch on incoming/outgoing documents or parcel
  • Proper arrangement of air ticket, visa, accomodation, company trip and staff gathering
  • In charge of keeping track of all task and provide timely status updates to Managing Director
  • To undertake any othe tasks/assignments assigned by the Director from time to time
