Job Description:
Plans, organizes and coordinates all IT risks, compliance and IT security activities for the shared services and building management including business of the company’s affiliates.
Develop and maintain plans, procedures, guidelines and metrics to implement IT security program management to ensure IT systems address security risk, comply with policies/standards and internal and external resources for IT security are identified, appropriated and managed.
Conduct continuous surveillance and monitoring of IT infrastructure and applications and implementation of IT security controls to safeguard from internal and external threats.
Perform management and IT security administrative functions associated with the company IT security.
Ability to manage IT security risks in the adoption of new technology (e.g. Cloud Services, Bring Your Own Device)
Monitor the administrative procedures and services by outsourced service providers of IT systems, non-compliance issues/other deviations and perform vulnerability assessment to ensure the IT security management are adhered to and is consistent with IT security procedures and guidelines required.
Initiate and manages special IT projects related to IT security which maybe appropriately required to respond to ad-hoc (or as dictated by current business development or technological development) or unexpected IT security events.
Build and maintain relationship with external experts to benchmark and further enhance and/or develop a secured IT infrastructure and office environment based on best practices.
Manage the planning and monitoring of IT operations budget and utilisation for purchases and maintenance of all IT security hardware and software for the shared service business and its affiliates.
Manage the lifecycle of network and server storage infrastructure and its related systems solutions technology refresh with minimised impact to business operations.
Work in collaboration with the Supervisor in IT infrastructure operations which covers networks, servers, storage and management of mobile devices including desktop.
Any other ad-hoc duties as may be directed by the supervisors.

Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
In-depth understanding of IT security comprising network security, operating system security and application security, and support and maintenance of IT security strategies in the most effective and efficient manner.
Possess in-depth understanding of IT security management including software, hardware and IT services market pricing standards and pricing structure of IT suppliers
Certification in IT security including understanding of Information Security Management System (ISMS) is an added advantage
