Job Description:

- To be responsible for all financial & accounting functions of the Group/Company and oversee its daily operation
- Responsible for month end closing, management report, group consolidated financial report, quarterly report and other reporting package where applicable
- To prepare forecast, annual budget, variance analysis and analyses performance indicators
- To perform functions such as general accounting, costing, credit control, risk management process, taxation matters and other statutory financial reporting
- To provide timely and accurate financial & management report in compliance with accounting standards and other statutory requirement
- To prepare, implement, develop and monitor budgeting activities
- To handle and monitor all aspect of tax planning and legal matters of the Group/Company including debt recovery, statutory requirement and etc
- To implement good internal financial control system and corporate governance such as system -evaluation, enforcement and etc to ensure all corporate financial policies and procedures including both regulatory and internal corporate governance requirements are being carried out effectively
- Able to liaise with auditors, tax consultants and other professionals and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
- To provide business proposal and financial analysis to help management on financial decision making process in merger and acquisition, funding requirement and/or statutory government requirements  

What we are looking for: 

- Degree in Accounting or Professional qualification in ACCA, CIMA or MICPA. Member of MIA and CPA is encourage to apply
- Preferably with 3 years of working experience in commercial and audit environment with hands-on finance functions including accounting , taxation, financial reporting and analysis 
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
- Self-motivated with strong ability to prioritize tasks and perform multiple duties simultaneously
- Attention to detail, highly organized and work well under pressure
- Adaptable, analytical and meticulous in delivery
- Resourceful, responsible and independent
- Dedicated and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and able to interact professionally with all levels of management and staff
- Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
