As part of providing value-added recruitment services, we are currently seeking an experienced HR Traning professional to assume the role of Training Administrator with our client who is a group of companies engaged in financial & insurance and IT services activities. This position is permanent at executive level and will involve coordinating recruitment and training activities for the staff of 300 employees by planning and performing a variety of administration activities.
This role is permanent executive position within the organization,the main objective is to provide support in delivering and facilitating training and assessments of staff. The bulk of the role is focus on administering and coordinating the L&D calender and their training requirements and programs whinin the Group. This role will also require a good level of administration skills in carrying out and support in administering the training calendar and the training requirements.
As a senior member of the HR and Administration team, you will be mainly responsible for the administration and coordination of training and recruitment activities of the group.
Areas of responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and coordinating full spectrum of staff training activities.
Managing HR administration in recruitment activities.
Responsible for corporate events and activities.
Provide general administrative support within the administration department.
Requirements: Candidate Profile
Female preferred in age group 28-40; matured with pleasant personality .
Possess minimum a diploma qualification or degree preferably in Business or HR Management.
Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in HR and training coordination and administration.
Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills,verbal and written in English and conversant in BM and Mandarin.
To be successful in this role, you must be a confident HR professional with strong speaking and interpersonal skills as the role will entail regular interaction with people and deal with all levels of people across the business.
