To Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
To monitor material transport and delivery for timeliness and legality.
To also be responsible for the inventory management by verifying, reviewing and reconciling documents and reports about inventory.
To complete and verify paperwork and documentation.
To liaise with other logistics staffs and forwarding agents.
To communicate with suppliers, retailers and customers in order to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
To plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
To prepare timely and accurate reports to management.
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Language: English and Mandarin (Due to the Nature of Business)
Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Basic salary: RM 3,000 to RM 3,500
Working Hour: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
