Requirements:
  • Min SPM or Diploma qualification
  • Computer literate
  • Good command in English and Chinese, both speaking and writing
  • Willing to work in shift hours
  • Preferably with working experience as Customer Service
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • deal directly with customers either by telephone, eletronically or face to face
  • respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • process orders, forms, applilcations and requests
  • follow up on customer interactions
  • provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
