Salary Range (

RM 4000 and negotiable based on Experience, Min Exp 5 years)

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate business, customer, and all-hands meetings; includes managing agendas, meeting room bookings, meals, and follow-up plans

Handle inquiries and calls from outside of the company in a respectful, confidential manner

Coordinate communications between executives, customer and internal stakeholders, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust

and support with business partners

Manage, reconcile, and submit expense reports for executives

Arrange domestic and international travel for executives; coordinate with the Corporate Travel group and the regions with documentation needed for visa application, passport, and any other requirements for international travel

Complete projects in a timely manner, handling conflicts expeditiously and proactively

Provide support for special projects by doing research, analyzing problems, and preparing reports

Prepare Power Point Presentations

Create and manage Share Point Sites and Organization Charts

Manage a high volume of vendor contracts, agreements, and SoWs

Reconcile and process invoices through internal systems

Serves as a role model for the Admin function at Company

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of related experience.

Expert level written and verbal communication skills

Strong capabilities in SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) and Adobe Acrobat

Expert administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, maintaining balance among multiple priorities

Demonstrated proactive problem-solving approaches and strong decision-making capability

High level of interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including company executives

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response

Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently

Forward thinker who actively seeks opportunities to learn and improve processes
