We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Recruiter to join our fast growing regional team based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor - very comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team.

You will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team that is responsible for developing and executing on an integrated recruitment strategy for our team.

  • Accountable for sourcing and recruiting for key roles across the organization globally.
  • Develop innovative strategies to ensure talent pipelines are continuously being strengthened in order to support current and future needs of the business.
  • Create and maintain relationships with other business and HR functions through strategic partnerships to maximize total strategic Talent Management and Talent Acquisition alignment.
  • Develops and maintains strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources.
  • Prior experience working within an agency setting, in-house or RPO format would be beneficial
  • Proven success in sourcing and recruiting for roles in a high-speed commercial environment.
  • Experience is volume/bulk hiring
  • Proven track record of creatively recruiting for varying levels of talent
  • Strong knowledge of the full cycle recruitment function
  • Strong relationship and consultative skills - with candidates, hiring managers and key business partners with ability to influence, inform and negotiate.
  • Skilled with Talent Acquisition technology such as applicant tracking systems, CMS, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement and leverage talent acquisition to help drive measurable business results.
  • Have a well-developed network of candidates and external resources (ie: recruiters, head-hunters, senior leadership in organizations, etc.) as well as the skills to build a network quickly and comprehensively. Proven ability to identify and motivate external candidates through cold-calling.
