Customer Service cum Indoor Sales Coordinator

This position is responsible in day to day trucking operations and activities effectively to ensure delivery of service.

  • Trucking planning accordance to approved vendor list and coordinatio of trucking activities.
  • Acceptance of truck order and execute with vendors.
  • Ensure on time pick-up delivery on all bookings.
  • Proactive follow-up on each movement and raise escalation to internal and external customer on any incident.
  • To submit daily/weekly/monthly report on time to customer.
  • Ensure update in CTSI system and check status.
  • Maintain Operations Standard as per set KPI.
  • Coordinate day to day operation activities meet inter-department and customer's trucking requirements.


  • SPM/STPM/Diploma in relevant discipline
  • Minimum two (2) years of working experience in Logistics Industry or in Similar or related capacity
  • Trouble shooting skills to establish root causes and provide effective solutions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of people.
