Located at Bestari Jaya, Ijok Selangor 30-40 minutes from Rawang/Kepong & Shah Alam/Klang.
- To handle customer enquiries, order and collections.
- To co-ordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of sales and delivery.
- Generate quotation, sales order, delivery order, invoice and service note.
- Update the sales order and actual sales output on daily and weekly basis.
- Preparing monthly sales and collection reports.
- Follow up on delivery and customer service issues with logistic and production.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel & Document or PDF.
- Possess multiple communication and language skill BM, English, or Mandarin etc.
- Proactive and able to work within a short notice period is an added advantage.
- Experience in outdoor sales or participation in exhibitions would be an advantage.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the sales administrative function is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
