- Independently handle company full set account and manage an admin clerk.
- Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling
- Perform general administrative and accounting duties operations including payment and receipt.
- Perform bank reconciliation and assist on reporting.
- Filling invoice,purchases orders and supplier invoice and etc.
- Handle delivery assignment,consignment,purchasing of goods.
- Responsible for account transactions including creditors and debtors accounts.
- Rnsure accounting records are accurate,properly maintained and reconciled.
- Liaise with bankers,auditors, tax agent,company secretary and others.
- Handle admin role and incoming call.
- Responsible for stock holding and logistic.
- At least a recognized Diploma in accounting
- At least 2 Year of working experience in Accounting is required for this position
- Candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Autocount Accounting Software
- Multi-Tasking skill and good coordination.
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, Ms Words.
- Have leadeship skill to oversee the surbodinate.
