Your new company

This company is within the Financial Services industry and is located in KL. They are looking for a HRIS Assistant Manager to be in charge of their Workday system.

Your new role

This is a single contributor role. You will be in charge of everything Workday-related and will be working on projects to improve and enhance the current Workday system on top of your business as usual (BAU) activities such as employee data management and HR helpdesk.

Planned projects: You will be required to roll-out the e-recruitment module within Workday. You will need to perform UAT, Business Requirement Gathering, change management etc to ensure that the e-recruitment module is well-received and caters to the needs of the recruitment team.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need 3-5 years of Workday/SAP experience and have experience in doing both HRIS-related projects as well as employee data management and HR helpdesk (providing support to employees on HRIS-related issues).
