Handle full set of accounts, includes general accounting, account receivable, account payable, tax and treasury issue. Finalize and close monthly accounts
Preparation of monthly financial and management report
Ensure tax compliance and co-ordinate year-end audit
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary and suppliers
Assist in preparation of financial analysis, business valuation, financial projection and any related reports for management decision making.
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in accounting specialise in property management
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of property management system preferably IFCA is an added advantage
Preferred candidate with the full set account or audit background
