About the company
Our client is a manufacturer and supplier of high density polyethylene products and other specialized technical and engineering products. Due to rapid growth, they are right now looking to recruit a HR candidate to be based at their manufacturing site in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.Candidates who aspire for this role must be some one who is enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for HR portfolio as the role will entail managing HR functions within manufacturing environment. 
Job Description
This is a truly generalist role and will involve the management of all employee relations issues, ensuring excellent employee engagement is maintained.
As HR Executive, you will provide administrative support to the overall office and HR administration. The primary role will include work closely with the management to support the recruitment process including updating vacancies and coordinating interview process and processing of new starters,leavers and employment administration.
Duties & Responsibilities
-Collate and input all relevant information relating to payroll,i.e. new starter,leavers,benefits,contract changes, absence.  
-Coordinating any in-house training.
-Responsible for the processing of all employee benefits including health benefits.
-Ensure that all HR database are updated.
-Manage all staff training training records and filing.
-Manage foreign workers and hostel upkeep.
-Monitor and manage staff daily attendance and leave records.
-Manage monthly office and building support and maintenance,cleaning and waste disposal.
The candidate
-Female preferred; age 25-35.
-Minimum qualification: Diploma in HR Management or Business Administration.
-At least 2-3 years of work experience in payroll processing and handling administration duties. administration.
-Proficient in oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Good computer skills applications;knowledge of Orisoft will be an advantage. 
-Be willing to be based at Nilai area.
