Working Day: Monday - Friday (9am- 6pm)
Package: RM 500-RM650 + Performance Incentive
Full Training & Mentoring Provided.
Roles Involved:
Exploring on the recruitment agency's recruitment processes.
Screening on candidate's resume and perform phone interview
Sourcing for suitable candidates and perform job matching
Conduct interview arrangement, do reminder calls for interview appointments and conduct follow-up calls.
Work with team on organizing recruitment events and activities if any
Supporting market research function- questionnaire, tele-surve, collect market info
To perform basic office administrative support from time to time
Requirements:-
Open to Diploma/ Degree undergraduate from Psychology, HR and other Business Studies background.
Required language(s): Chinese and English
Good interpersonal & communication skills.
Willing to learn attitude and multitasking skills,
