Tasks

  • To prepare monthly reports as required
  • To ensures compliance with established SOP, Policies, Procedure by audit records, report, and documentation.
  • Complete audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings.
  • Handle other given assignment as and when needed.
  • Respond to customers by queries pertaining answering product and service.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Maintain records, database, and filing of documentations.
  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required. Requirements
  • SPM/ Diploma or equivalent
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Good in time management
  • Must be organized and have good interpersonal skills.
  • Pay attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel Benefits
