- Maintaining department records including customer & hardware database and supplier price tracking.
- Provide any necessary data or report as requested by superior.
- Take sales information and put into an easily readable format.
- Responsible to make sure files, paper & stationaries always ready for used.
- Ability to liaise with secretaries & administrative assistance from others department, clients, lawyers, banker & government servant to check/follow up documentations.
- Creating & maintaining sales contract & agreements.
- Research that support sales team such as performing internet searches for information that could be useful to the sales team when pitching a product or service.
- Carry out necessary administration work including filing or presenting sales team with necessary document.
- Outstation if needed (for meeting purpose or for any urgently matter).
- Attend to any work-in customer for acquiring of details.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Interested in construction field.
- Proficient speaking and writing in Chinese, English & Malay.
- Ability to write & speak fluently in Chinese is a must.
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
- Possess own transport.
