To ensure accurate and proper administration of Payroll and employees’ reward program;
To ensure proper group audit requirement in relation to Payroll data in HR system is adhered to;
To ensure accurate and timely Management Information (MI) and Reporting relevant to scope of work;
All payroll updates / data given to payroll vendor is accurate
New hires and resignation database sent to Payroll vendor are accurate and sent before payroll cut off date.
Established clear and accurate communication with payroll outsourcing agent on all matters pertaining to employees' payroll administration
Liaison with Company's tax agent on Providing relevant information pertaining to expatriates tax agent for the purpose of yearly tax return, CP22 and CP21 submission for new expatriate and leaver, respectively
Liaison with tax agent on validating and confirming information to be submitted to tax authority.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g. HR/IT)
Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
Experience in handling huge payroll (3000 headcounts)
Possess good knowledge on MS Office with good numerical, analytical and statistical skills.
Ability to learn quickly and transfers knowledge appropriately, understand and interpret numeric data.
Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
Good management skills and initiate improvements.
Candidate who can join on a short notice or immediately will be an advantage.
Candidate must be willing to work on a 10months contract
