- To conduct product demonstrations to potential customer in HR system.
- To prepare Presentation Slides, Business Proposals, Response to RFP and Tenders.
- Responsible for driving the sales of HR solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales target.
- Establish potential new clients, determine their Solution needs & convert these opportunities into sales.
- Develop sales forecast and manage sales pipeline.
- Identify business opportunities, formulate account development plans and sales strategies for penetration into new market segments.
- Build good relationship with various internal business units and external business partners.
- Maintain and develop excellent customers' relationship.
- The job involves making calls, conducting sales presentations, negotiation and closing prospective deals with potential customers.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, in IT field.
- At least 4 years of working experience in selling any HR software or in the related field is required for this position.
- A proven track records in selling any HR Software solutions is advantageous.
- Good communication in ENGLISH AND MANDARIN.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Must be aggressive, result-oriented, resourceful, self-motivated, self-discipline, independent & possess strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Must be able to work in a team, and independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to different environment as necessary.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Basic + Commission.
