- To increase a pool of high profile customers through effective personalize services and good selling skills.
- To be able to maintain high level of store QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards through better staff training and guidance.
- Developing a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
- To promote our premium products to our customers at all times.
- Develop a marketing plan to increase our high profile customer’s base.
- Review and improve our current products which can improve our sales and EBIDTA.
- Able to work well with all levels of staff in the restaurant.
- Ensure Restaurant is able to deliver superior QSC standards to all our customers at all times.
- To provide training to existing staff to improve on our service standards.
- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis.
- Evaluate opportunities for supplier partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
- Take charge on store monthly and bi-monthly chef recommendation activities including photo shooting.
- To take charge of our company PR activities (Facebook) and maintain a good relationship with our write in customers.
