- · Represent the company and our products professionally, skilful to present all kinds of products and all segment, emphasis product in chain stores, logistics cold chain and build up local distributors in each region to enhance our sales turnover.
- · Responsible for achieving annual sales target according to sales budget as assigned by superior.
- · Start to develop more sales in new areas such as to have more local clients in the North, South and East Coast.
- · To achieve monthly and yearly sales target through new customers in new area.
- · Pay customers’ visits as frequently as possible to build up and maintain long-term relationship. Moreover, he/she must understand overall market situation by keeping eyes on competitors' movement and strategies as and when chance allows, especially pricing.
- · Lead distributors to perform and conduct product training to support their product knowledge to reach company objectives and achieve sales target.
- · Responsible for sales forecast. Analyse and plan for the company's products to be sold,
- · Collect payment from clients.
- · Ability to work closely with superior and colleagues.
- · Special Assignment / Project
- · At least 2-3-years’ experience as Sales Executive, preferably in refrigeration business.
- · Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Admin or Engineering
- · Excellent in English, Malay and Chinese languages especially in communication level.
- · Strong service mind, excellence in building up relationship with new clients through all kinds of communication channels.
- · Hands-on and multi-tasker.
- · Able to work under high pressure with strong commitment.
- · Strong interpersonal skill and strong team player.
- · Able to conduct product training.
- · Hardworking and dedicated.
