Job Description


To key-in/update all payment-related activities at International Airport on a timely basis, properly and accurately accounted for in the SAP system.


  • Collect, check and summarize Passenger Manifes for MAS on the domestic pax and international pax.
  • Key-in Manifest summary into the SAP in order create bills and dispatch.
  • Collect, check Aerobridge docking sheets and key-in SAP in order to create bills and to depatch bills.
  • Create aeronautical, non aeronautical and PSC billings for Limbang and Mulu Airport.
  • Process incoming payment, Cash & cheque and preparation for bank-in.
  • Prepare Petty Cash reimbursement.
  • Prepare, gather and compile monthly variance report and send to region Office/HQ.
  • Prepare, gather and compile yearly business plan and to review periodically.
  • Prepare, gather and compile monthly accrued revenues and expenses and analyse the variance.
  • Perform internal quality auditing.
  • Perform duties as management representative and up keeping of ISO documentation
  • Collect, check and prepare a list of aircraft movement as compared to the Tower
  • Movement sheet (Arrival and Departure) for MAS and other Aviation.
  • Prepare monthly accrued revenues and expenses and analyse the variance.
  • Others as directed by Airport Manager
Key Challenges

  • Achieve the KPI as targeted.
  • Process all payment invoices/staff claims timely and accurately.
  • Ensure each inquiry/complaint on A/P are promptly attended to in order to avoid any complaints.
  • Process urgently all utilities bills and petrol in order to avoid any disruption to operation.

  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented with pleasant personality
  • Good in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Preferably possess working knowledge in SAP
  • Computer literate preferably in Microsoft Office
Relevant Industries

  • Preferable with minimum 1 year relevant working experience

  • MCE / SPM or equivalent with Credit in Bahasa, Pass in English and Mathematics
