- Position: Customer Service Executive.
- Salary: RM 3000-3500.
- Job location: Subang Jaya.
Our client is one of Malaysia's independent suppliers of high quality tools. They are in need of a Customer Service Executive to be part of their business operation team in Subang Jaya.
-Play a active role in contributing to the team and department targets across a number of PKI.
-Ensuring all promises made to internal and external customers are fulfilled within an agreed timeframe.
-Providing outstanding customer service which include providing assistance and product advice.
-Liaise with relevant suppliers, couriers and manufacturer in relation to orders and/or queries.
-Resolving all customer issues.
-Escalating calls/issues to a manager where necessary.
-Minimum qualification: Diploma.
-Previous experience in customer service role.
-Excellent communication skills.
-This position is full time, working Monday to Friday.
