- To provide relevant support and assistance to the Sales Team
- To prepare reports and other documents as required by the management.
- To liaise and coordinate with the dealers and internal departments for sales support task.
- To follow-up including invoices, inquiries, documentations, quotation verification, and deposit collection.
- Manage customer request and diver to the respective departments.
- Design on product materials.
- Assist in sales and marketing promotional activities.
- Broadcasting of new products and updates on the digital marketing platform.
- Sales admin issue quote for corporate and existing customers.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 year working experience, however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Sales - Retail.
- Sound knowledge on Mircosoft Words, Powerpoint and Excel.
- Independent and Self-motivated.
- Good communication skills.
- A good team player.
